Saturday Night Fever

Top- River Island, Jeans- Zara, Shoes- Asos
(Sorry for the poor quality photography, my camera died!)
Even though none of this post is related to the the Saturday Night Fever movie epic from 1977, it does involve a simple Saturday night, a bit of dancing and obviously a dressed to impress aura. In the sleepy and ever so dull town where i am currently residing for Christmas, it was the last Saturday before Saint Nick flies on his sleigh to all the good boys and girls houses; so it meant the inevitable Christmas vibed night out.
This is my way, the Trend Thirteen way to be style conscious in a town that rejects anything even slightly too 'out there!'- shock horror, the inhabitants might evolve! I remained in a fail safe monochrome ensemble, a go to trend that i will never part with. Adding waxed biker jeans (quilted + with zips) to tie in the monochrome to a current fashion then i just hung my oversized military coat over my shoulders. My favourite part of the outfit my fuzzy, furry, fluffies. A shoe any girl will be proud of wearing. Leaving my hair untamed with just a soft glazing of hair serum for that extra gloss to run through my wild mane; and a statement berry lip.
